How do I place an order?

When you have chosen a watch, click on the “Buy” button to proceed with the purchase process.
Shortly after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. If applicable, there will also be information regarding the payment details and the next steps.
Our customer success team will also contact you by phone or email to confirm your details and check if any further assistance is required (bracelet adjustment, gift wrapping, etc,).

Is it possible to negotiate the price?

It depends on the model, brand, and the specific piece, but individual prices are negotiable.
Please use the ‘SUGGEST PRICE’ button to make an offer, our customer success team will review your offer in 24/48h and contact you.
Please be aware, significantly low offers will be automatically rejected.

Will this watch fit my wrist size?

We include all additional links and, in general, watches fit an average wrist. Additional links and straps can be purchased if needed.

What payment methods do you offer?

We currently only offer bank transfers as a payment method. Bank transfer allows us to offer some of the best prices on the market.

Do you offer free shipping?

We can deliver globally, but we charge a uniform shipping fee of $25, and customers need to pay their own customs duties.

Do you provide a return policy?

We are committed to making our customers completely satisfied and letting you enjoy the pleasure of buying. If you encounter quality or damage issues, we will provide a replacement.
If you decide to return the item, our watch experts will check the same payment method as when you purchased it and refund the amount paid.
Under normal circumstances, after-sales orders will be processed within 48 hours, and the refund balance will be returned to your account within 3-20 working days.
The returned goods must be exactly the same as when they were delivered.
Products that have been used or worn or scratched during the return period will not be returned.
We do not accept the return of any personalized or engraved, damaged, or worn items.

Who covers the return shipping?

The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using similar shipping used by the company as we are NOT responsible for lost packages.
